Note 1 The hotfixes KB 952548 and KB 968409 are cumulative.
Note 2 There are also ActiveX security updates for VFP 8.0 and VFP 9.0 and GDI+ security updates for VFP 8.0 and VFP 9.0. They do not affect VFP version/build.

AFAIK, there're no other differences.
Besides of calling Microsoft to get the hotfix emailed to you, you can also download it from ftp://ftp.prolib.de/public/ .
